Irene graduated from The University of New Hampshire in 1987 with a BA in mathematics. She also has an associate’s degree in Dental Technology from Middlesex Community College. Irene enjoys spending time with her family, has a passion for travel, and enjoys spending time in her kitchen cooking and baking her favorite Greek recipes.
